Honor confirms the X70’s record-breaking battery capacity, reveals when it’s getting official
Honor’s X70 has leaked twice so far, we first got some of its specs, then some live shots of the device which revealed a positively incredible battery capacity: 8,300 mAh.
This has now been officially confirmed by the brand itself, which also revealed when the X70 is getting official: on July 15. Ahead of that, Honor shared the following official images of the device, portraying it in all four colorways in which it will be for sale.
The Honor X70 will support 80W wired and 80W wireless charging for its record-breaking battery – this has also been officially confirmed.
Based on the past leaks, the X70 will sport a 6.79-inch 1200×2640 OLED screen, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and MagicOS 9 out of the box. Despite the huge battery, it will be less than 8mm thick and will weigh less than 200g.
